Default RTP at Republics?

Word on the street is Republic is rolling out an RTP in January 2019. I’m familiar with their Cadet program, which is an option to resource your last 100 FW hours preceding hire. The inter web has come up dry on any info on a potential RTP.

Can anyone shed any light on a new RTP at Republic? Thanks!

Edit: saw the typo but can’t change the title - I’m sure there’s only one Republic

It's been asked before, and there's no information inside or outside the company to substantiate the rumor. Just my personal opinion, but with the massive backup in training, I doubt they're in a rush to institute such a program until they have enough sim space to accommodate the backlog of qualified fixed wing applicants on top of getting rotor pilots up to speed.

Were filling classes for NOV/DEC 2019 so I don’t really see them spending the frivolous money on this right now. Unless there is an announcement we don’t know about (more flying in 2019).

I have a little light. There are currently RTP guys at/teaching for LIFT academy. Army guard guys fairly new out of flight school.

There’s no official program yet, nor do they know if it will be needed. Just something in their back pocket should the recruiting numbers start to drop and demand keep increasing

Thanks for the replies fellas. I fly with a lot of guys who are 121 civilian, and Republic came as a good recommendation / option. The RTP would make them a good contender - and they're the only airline domiciled out of MCI.
