Default CMH Commuting

Headed for CMH IOE and reserve later this month - any advice for a rookie commuter regarding crashpads/hotels? What's the current forecast for time on reserve? How much flying are new CMH FO's doing? Bidding tips for commuting from CLT? Parking situation at CMH? Thanks in advance!

I’ll PM you but post publicly as well for everyone’s well being. I’m staying in a great crashpad next to the airport. Commuting is relatively easy from the east coast. CLT will be easier because most flights are company metal. Email parking @ rjet for a parking pass.

CLt is a very easy commute. The only issue will be finding a commutable trip, that gets done before the last flight to CLT (around 2000). Hotels are cheap, but not a lot of crash pads. Try to get DCA ASAP, because it has many commutable trips.
