AA mainline's flying, NOT AA WO-Regional's flying.

Why is Republic’s CBA crappy? I think it’s pretty good. Class dates are backed up for year, it’s not including the new flight school flow. That doesn’t seem crappy. I don’t think it’s crappy

I know their 145a does over water flying, but their 175 won’t touch any route like that. Maybe I’m uninformed, but I doubt YX is losing flying in the summer. What am I missing? Lol

LOL we aren't losing flying. YX blows Envoy out of the water in every category.

Envoy was denied EOW certification for the second time. The program is dead there.

That’s what I meant, but trust me many Envoy crews think differently. We have a better contract then they do, so it’s not like we’re under bidding them. If anything they’re under cutting YX.

Not what I’ve been told, but you can look it up the through FAA. FYI it’s not hard to get EOW, just ask our special projects guys.

Compared to any of the AA WOs we have a superb CBA. My point was that we aren’t under cutting AA WOs to get flying. We are probably the most expensive AA regional, but we also have a better product.

The reason training is backed up is because our recruiting department has done a great job. I don’t believe this is a good thing for the pilot group, but time will tell.

It’s a terrible thing. The company is fat on pilots. If anyone thinks the company is actually going to show up and negotiate in good faith come the early opener I’ve got a bridge to sell you.

Only when captains start leaving at an enormous rate will the company start to feel the hurt. Unfortunately Republic has some of the most lifers in the regional industry. The fact that a 12 year captain can’t even hold a line in Chicago is proof enough.
