Anyone have data on the captain pay scLes for 2020? I’ve read there’s a solid bump but have not seen the numbers.

Thanks!

I am not going to list out the whole pay scale, but I'll give you an example. Those upgrading less then two years right now will go from $86 an hour when they upgrade to $95 an hour when the second pay raise kicks in and they are in seniority year 3.

Speaking of upgrades

Currently upgrade time awarded is 12 months. 8/21/2018 hire will be a captain by December 1 2019 barring time requirements

Rjet is gonna have to look for something to waive this 2500 hour TT requirement

Yes, but he leapfrogged a ton of people to get that award just because of the new base opening. No one wanted to commute to BOS because it’s projected to only have one and two day trips. The 12 month guy is an outlier. Even with SDF opening, IND is still at 22 month upgrade. The times will keep going down, but not THAT dramatically

Indy was a 3-4 year upgrade just months ago... it’s definitely trending down quickly.

I don't see the 2500TT requirement getting waived anytime soon.

Agreed. We really don’t need 2000TT CA’s out there putting ALL our jobs at risk.

Agreed! I’m just trying to tap the brakes on people thinking they’ll come here and get a 12 month upgrade
