Also, are the pay rates posted accurate? They seem lower compared to other regionals during this hiring craze. Almost cut in half. What am I missing?
We lost flying because we didn't have the captains to staff it. So we started parking airplanes and our trips dropped drastically. Most regionals are suffering a captain issue so it is not just a Republic thing.

If you are getting pay rates off APC here they are still showing our old rates. First yr FO is $90/hr.

Generally, any base is within reach by the end of training (OE) except for MIA and IAH. Those you can expect to take another 4-6 months to hold after finishing training.

ORD is fairly junior on the FO side (forget about it on the CA side...2007 hires are still on reserve), but vacancies are few and far between, so that one is another that is tough to hold.
thanks man. ill keep this in mind

Also keep in mind that info is from 2019 and there have been a few changes. . .

Here is some updated info on where the last few classes have all been sent and the most junior FO in each base.

Spoke to someone who interviewed recently, he was told they were working on the April classes now...
