Finished LOE recently any question for me about training ?

How long did the whole process take? How were the hotels? Did you fly between different training centers many times? Did you like the instructors?

Right at 3 and a half months with almost a month delay included .
Yea we actually got positive space tickets to and from training but after systems you’re responsible for letting the travel department know what days and where you need to travel and they’ll book the flights . I wouldn’t say we travelled between training centers many times but we did do some sims in STL and some in CVG

Please state current school house rumors.

How would you describe the training quality? Any washouts in your class?

Training for my sim partner and I was amazing I’m not sure about the washout rates but a good amount of people from the classes ahead of us didn’t make it through. The company will work with you if you need break out training but they have to see some kind of improvement. The instructors we’ve had were amazing and knowledgeable and thought us exactly by the book but it’s like any other company you’ll find a few bad apples in the bunch .

What are the reasons for the washout?

IFR?CRM? AutomAtion?
