Hello, My name is Max Lambert and I have one immediate opening in my crashpad in Miami. I will have another in November and 2 more in January.

This crashpad is located in Coral Gables Florida, 5.5 miles from the Miami airport and no car is required to get to and from. The Metro Rail stop is only 2.5 blocks from the front door and once the train is underway it will have you at the airport in 30 minutes. Uber or Lyft runs around 12 to 16 dollars each way depending on the time of day and day of the week.

This is 2 duplexes under one roof. 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms.

Rent is 350.00 per month, no hot-beds, no bunk beds. Anything and everything you could want or need is within walking distance. Publix, Whole Foods, Win-Dixie, AMC 24 screen IMAX theatre, mall, many eating establishments of local and chain variety all within walking or biking distance and there are two community bicycles on site for your use. There is complimentary beer, bottled water, coffee, laundry soap, 55-inch big screen tv with 240 channels, wifi, printer/scanner, and 2 bbq grills.
