[QUOTE=NFGCDCTL;2970318]Sorry to be that guy, but if you need flow, then go to a company that has it. Otherwise, work hard, keep your nose clean and for your own sake please ask someone to proofread your application.[/QUOTE

If you want to compare to, say, Envoy, they flow about 15 a month to AA. That's only 15 people a month moving on organically. They are also having quite a bit of attrition to LCC/other mainline as well. With LCC payscales getting close to mainline narrowbody scales, it's making it quite an attractive jump for some. I wouldn't be so quick to throw LCC's under the bus against mainline. Might not be as glamorous as mainline, but if someone wants to get to mainline through an LCC, that will keep happening. The saying around here has been you've got to get out to get in, and I've known a few guys personally that went to JetBlue for mere months before getting the call from DL.
