I was referring to your management. I never understand why the success of SkyWest and it’s management team always gets combined with the pilot group. Pilots are pilots.
You think the success of Delta in comparison to American has anything to do with the pilots?? It’s always been about management, no matter the industry.
It takes some longer than others to figure that out, but eventually it clicks.

I redact one of my previous statements though, now that I think of it, for some it never “clicks”.

With OO backing out of DTW could this be a possible base opening? What do ya'll think? We've had an increase in DL flying in ATL and DTW these past few months. Or could this be like CLT and we're just covering other people's flying?

When I left Endeavor, our CEO had mentioned the long term plan was to get Skywest to stay west and Republic/Endeavor to stay east with Republic mainly in NYC/BOS. Now post Covid I have no clue what the plan is but I would imagine it's similar that they want Skywest out west which makes sense seeing ATL closing and DTW shrinking and Covid just accelerated the plans to do that. Now where does Republic fit in with all this who knows, especially since NYC/BOS flying won't be back to scale for awhile.
