Starting class soon... what is the pay structure in training? Is it the 75 hour guarantee or some other form? Is per diem paid?

CJO in 2019, no class date previously assigned. Hit minimums last Summer.

Are you a cadet then? And what month did you finish your mins?

Yes, I was a cadet. Minimums hit around July of 2020. Currently sitting at around 2050tt.

Got a call yesterday, also have ATP-CTP end of July with early August indoc I was a Cadet and reached mins in May of 2020.

The training center is a madhouse right now so I wouldn't be surprised if they are outsourcing all the ATP/CPT due to lack of room or instructors.

Just got my class date for august 10th. Finished mins in late November early December. Been a cadet since 2019. Sounds like they are trying to get august filled be on the lookout.

a ton of instructors either retired or were picked up by United and Spirit. Rpa is doing everything they can to just keep their head above water. Crazy turn of events from just a few short months ago.
