Our website might not, but, our contract does. You know, incentive pay, premium pay, cancellation pay, expense reimbursement, etc. Surely you have access to all of that.

Of course not, but it is part of your compensation, as such, should be considered.

You should never consider per diem as part of your compensation.....they don't even reimburse you what the DOT says you should get for each city you layover in....so per the DOT / IRS you are actually loosing money by laying over. Incentive pay/premium pay is paid when you pick up trips on your days off. If you are paid well, why are you needing to pick up trips? Cancellation Pay is considered part of your monthly guarantee....it doesn't play a factor on reserve unless you break over 75..........don't get me wrong soft pay items are nice to have..................but they are never guaranteed and not always available.

I'll let the others fill us in on how "soft pay" is guarnteed and explain to you why you are not seeing it in your check at the training center. Since according to them, it is so "guaranteed" and needs to be factored in. How can you factor it in, when you are not even getting it?

Nah man if SJS was that big of a deal nowadays, nobody would be going to endeavor. Or skywest crj.

Endeavor's 53/hr starting pay and 100% Positive Space ticket to and from your base for commuters have them full thru the summer with classes. People see that starting pay and know they can live at home and commute positive space, and they are sold with that and flow to Delta (marketing ploy that is working well)
SkyWest is hurting bad for pilots.....

It is when you can't get hired at Endeavor............ask how many people in each of the training classes in the last year applied at Endeavor and got a class date vs didn't get a class date.....Those that didn't get a class date would be more than half of the class....those that did get a class date would be maybe 1 or 2.........Money first, Commuter Benefits/Bases 2nd, SJS 3rd.....................as soon as Envoy starts DEC for a Guaranteed Base of MIAMI, you'll see more RPA Cpt's & F/O's leave (that don't have plans to go the majors.....or want to live at home and wait for flow).............all I hear is them *****ing about their commute.

wut? lol

You seem mentally unstable. I know anybody with a pulse is getting hired these days but I hope to god the hiring departments are able to screen you out. I would not want to be stuck commuting on your aircraft someday.

It'd be a blast.......we'd leave on time, arrival way early, and have a beer in our hand at the hotel before scheduled block in time.................that's how I roll....

Shifting the goalposts, got it, I can't refute that logic!

I just wanted to check in and let you know that you haven’t properly formed or used an ellipsis in any of your rambling, incoherent, nonsensical, illogical posts in this thread.

We’re about to get a fat new contract. FOs will be upgrading as soon as they hit 1000 hours time in type. And I hope you’re nowhere near this company.

I’d be willing to bet you work at or are a cadet at Envoy or some other bottom feeder like that.

Also at the training center… I rest my case….
