I'm not sure why they would even feel the need for this because I don't see any regional having issues with fresh FO apps. The only thing I can think of would be the attempt to save a few bucks on not having to conduct new interviews to replace some CJOs already extended.

Strongly recommend prospective new hires do not sign this. If it's a condition of employment, look elsewhere. Union is contesting it.
