DEC Life
Any DEC’s here? Would like to know how it compares to leaving a previous airline. And how training went? The pros and cons and what people wish they knew. Would be living in base on the east coast.

How long are captains waiting for IOE right now? I know our training is 2 weeks of ground and straight to sims and then maybe a couple weeks to wait for IOE, so much quicker to go sit reserve for 3 years
