+1 for aviationinterviews.com. It was dead on with what happened.

Interview was very relaxed and chill. Very friendly across the board. Know your stuff and prepare with aviationinterviews and you’ll crush it. Don’t stress or overthink.

Is the interview with HR people, existing pilots or mix of both? Glad to hear it's chill.

One hr rep who will be with you all day giving the tour. One pilot captain or fo who will do the aviation questions.

Typically 1 representative from HR and 1 current line pilot (usually a Capt but can be an FO). Expect HR related questions first from the HR rep followed by technical questions from the pilot. When done, you will be given an opportunity to ask any questions.
