Crashpads

Take it from a guy who has looked everywhere and come up with nothing. I just got tired of paying for my own hotel and am moving into base next week. While you look, you can stay at the Sonesta and they have a crew rate for $68 a night.
your best bet would be to find some people around the training center who also got PIT and find a place that you all can throw in on.

Sorry pal, but you are going to have a VERY rough time trying to find a crashpad in Pitt.

Reserve isn’t based off of your initial 100 hours, it’s however long it takes to hold a line. PIT right now is around 8 months. Reserve out of PIT as it’s an outstation is different than LGA BOS or DCA. You’re going to be doing mostly day trips/mx repos, or if you’re lucky you’ll get a 3-4 day trip once a month.

When I started here my options for a base out of training was PIT, DCA, EWR, and LGA. I nearly picked PIT, but then I noticed it was a 2 leg commute with very limited crashpads. Ended up choosing EWR until I was senior enough to hold my home base of IND.
