Default Republic base and seniority

Realistically, if someone is hired by Republic now, what is the chance they can hold Denver or another West Coast option?

Is it senior? What's hiring look like, just for attrition or growth?

I would not get hired here if your life is dependent on commuting to Denver. Attrition is high, but the DEN is senior for FO's and senior FO's seem to be less likely to leave. Right now, the most junior FO in DEN is a 12/07 hire.

Very unlikely...DEN is most senior of all bases on all certs. There is no other 'West Coast option'. Hiring is just for attrition at this point as many are fleeing this place.

Why not SkyWest? Guys have gotten SLC and COS out of training, and DEN shouldn't take much longer.
