Do some research on PSA. They aren't well liked by other airline pilots and for very good reasons.

They sold their soul for new airplanes. They are the reason why AAG is looking for more money from the Envoy pilots, and asking PDT to be competitive flying bigger jets. They are the stain, black sheep or scabs of the industry right now. (Some will argue about the scab word, because according to them they didn't pass any picket line). They lower the industry standard.

They gave concessions while there is an impending pilot shortage for new airplanes. If you go there, you already passed the 2 year upgrade time and will be stuck in the FO seat a little longer.

Do your homework and investigate before going somewhere. At the end is your career, is your resume and you will not know if you did well until you retire.

Compass
Mesa
Skywest

So I've done my research on SkyWest, and some digging on Compass. What are some pros/cons of Mesa? -For the perspective of a R-ATP mins CFI.
