I forgot, you were on here just a few days ago saying we would have a ta by midweek. Apparently a vp told you they would return to the table after the LBFO was rejected. So......what changed?

This is very surprising to read considering you personally know 2 of the members, or at least claim to. I also know one and they have sacrificed greatly to do that job. If they are being paid 150 hours, it's because they are working that much. As for making their proposal public, why should they? As of now the company won't bother looking at it.
Now I've got a question for you since you've brought the nc members character into question. Why do you want this to pass so bad if you're leaving soon? Would it be so you can collect a signing bonus and bail? Leaving the rest of us to deal with the horrific language while you walk away with your 11k laughing? You've been very quick to call out other pilots for picking up ot, handing paperwork out the window, etc. Now here you are supporting the company's effort to circumvent the process. They agreed to 19 articles, then changed almost all of them. Who's character should be in question between the company and our NC?
Your are beyond selfish to throw the nc members under the bus. Guys you apparently know and have worked with. All because you want a check as you walk out the door.

Did NOT E.G. have a "goodbye" on the union message board saying she was off to DAL?!? If she chose another carrier in the meantime (i would assume it'd be a legacy or fedex), this only adds credence to my AA comment.

I'd be surprised if it wasn't true. They are lucky to get 1 day off a week up to this point. Should they work for free? I know for a fact they have had months with not a single day free from work. They deserve every penny. I also know at least 1 would never have signed up had they known they wouldn't see their family free from work for almost a year. I can say with certainty they aren't enjoying this process at all.

In the labor act I believe section 6 it should say the negotiations committee and the company can't share it publicly. They basically can show it to you when it's ready.

If you would bother going to a union general meeting or participate in a biweekly phone conference, you'd already know the answer to this. It has been discussed freely in open Union meetings.
