Hey guys/gals RUN! The old business model of cheap pilots is hopefully changing, this will cause a major trauma for the RJ players. Looks like being one of the biggest operators of RJ's isn't to their advantage in this market. good luck finding a new job!! Vote with your feet and move quick!

When everyone returned to the room, Anderson said Republic representatives and the mediator remained pretty stone-faced. But the mediator told Local 357 negotiators to expect to hear something soon.
Does Anderson think Republic Airways and Local 357 are any closer to getting a deal after Wednesday's meeting?
"I'm hopeful," said Anderson, while indicating he didn't have much additional evidence on which to base to base his answer..."
