Default Who writes the articles on here?

So this article was emailed to me by AirlinePilotCentral. It is honestly, some of the worst reporting I’ve ever seen. Even makes CNN seem like accurate reporting on aviation.

https://www.airlinepilotcentral.com/...eing-777s.html

Few things...
1.) Alll US major airlines have NOT retired their 777 fleets. Where did one even get this claim?
2.) United didn’t ground ALL 777s, only the model with the afflicted engine type.
3.) Never knew there were 69 variations of the 777...
4.) This aircraft was going to be forced to retire in 2022? Haha
5.) Forcing retirement ages for aircraft? Instead of just replacing an engine?

Of course there is no name behind the article, or even a spot to comment.

That's handled by the owner, Internet Brands. Has nothing to do with the moderators who run the forums. If it doesn't have the word "forums" in the URL, it's not us.

Pretty embarrassing article for anyone who knows anything about airliners.

I tried searching for some of the text in the article to see the source, but it pulls up a multitude of articles and never the same verbiage. My bet, is perhaps from an AI generated news feed somehow.

How do we comment or express factual disapproval to Internet Brands? It gives the impression of “fake news”.

Default Worthless Read

It’s no wonder that author of the article didn’t have the courage to print their name on it. What a worthless read!

Arrived at this thread looking for the answer to OP's question after the 777 article disgraced my inbox! I'm about ready to unsubscribe from the email updates if Internet Brands is going to waste my time with this garbage. I hope no non-pilots see that article!!!
