Stan's post was a disaster, as are his comments, but it was your post that quoted me, and mixed in his words. Don't pass off your laziness or inability on someone else. Yes, Stan posted badly, but that didn't put words in my mouth. Yours did, adding Stan's comments, and by usse of my comments bolded as quoting me, thus made it appear as though you were responding to my words.

Speak for yourself, if you think you're able. I speak very well for myself.

You really can't cite Stan's mistakes when you repost them, withthout fixing the error (because it became YOUR error), nor can you excuse yourself by blaming another. Nor should you continue to blame me, or another poster, for your own errors. I'm quite calm. I need no snickers. It wasn't Stan, but you, with the problem here, and who is in error, and it isn't Stan who's making excuses or blaming others. It's you. Enough.

A felony doesn't absolutely preclude an ATP. The good moral character thing is very nebulous.

You'd have more trouble with SIDA, depending on the crime.

Well that one surprises me but like I said, I guarantee there are many pilots with felony convictions at every single operator out there.

Back that up.

You "guarantee" that every operator has "many pilots" with felony convictions?

Show your work.

Stan just asked you if "You actually think there are no convicted felons who hold current ATPs or for that matter, fly 121?" Your reply was "yep." A plain English rendering of his question, which you quoted, and to which you replied, asks if you belive there are no felons with ATPs or who fly for Part 121, and you replied "yep." Your reply, indicating that you do believe there are no convicted felons who hold current ATP's or fly under Part 121, is contradicted by your subsequent statements that you "guarantee" pilots with felony convictions are found at "every single operator."

You state you believe that there are no felons with current ATP certificates or operating under 121, then turn around and "guarantee" that every operator employs them.

Do you actually think before you touch a keyboard?

Let's see your guarantee.
