Default management pilots

Does anyone of any good guidance or articles for safety/professionalism information regarding flying with management pilots in business aviation? I'm looking for any safety research or data that may have already been written for pilots on both sides of the coin. I've seen mentions of it withiin safety articles, but not anything stand alone. I've perused NBAA and other professional pubs.

Thanks in advance.

I think the USAF now has a policy that O-6+ pilots are only allowed to fly with a qualified IP.

And those guys typically have a lot of hours on the platform, just not lately.
