David Beard is the only one worth listening to. Plenty of facts, no sensationalism. And he was on the fraking flight. Too bad he's the only one not getting paid. He should be the official CBS aviation expert for the rest of time.
That Donna is a real looker, huh?
George - "Delta Connection Air Southeast"..?

And what's with David Spunt - "an anonymous source tells me that Delta will not let him talk to us."
WtheF does that mean? So much for him being a source I guess.

And apparently the left wing collapsed! How catastrophic.
"BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -
The Baton Rouge Metro Airport reopened Thursday night after a plane with 53 people on board made an emergency landing due to a problem with the landing gear.
Delta Connection Flight 5058 landed at 4:35 p.m. and shortly after, the aircraft's left wing collapsed on the tarmac and passengers were rushed off the plane. There were no injuries reported. The flight was operated by Atlantic Southeast Airlines."
I wonder where these amateur reporters went to drama school? I'd love to have the view they have on these things, like yesterday when I was tragically t-boned by a drunk driver's shopping cart at the super market at the intersection of vegetables and bread. The impact sent my cart out of control into a magazine kiosk, resulting in 12 fatalities(my eggs). My cart then collapsed. The drunk driver escaped with no injuries. Security guards are investigating the incident.
