Exclamation Delta Connection Bird Ran Off in CLE

Was flying.
Issued holding instructions.
Asked why?
Told someone ran off runway 24R.
Called ops.
Ops say Delta Connection bird.
Lol'd, glad not Trans States
Ops say no injuries, no damage.
Request 28, things to do, places to go.

Serious note: Cleveland was a crazy mess today with snow and wind. Not surprised someone ended up in the grass.

Anybody got the deets on which regional?

You "laughed out loud" about this? Just curious why . . .

Dude, we are all just one tiny step away from having a "thing". Why would you laugh at someone who just had a "thing"?

Hope all are safe. Wish the crew good luck.

Yes it is. If that's what the flight number was it was pinnacle.

Hope everyone is safe!!

@Carl - dude I usually enjoy reading your posts. Not sure why you laughed at this.

Okay, okay guys, lemme set the record straight. I was not laughing at these guys and their unfortunate incident. I was nervously laughing at the possibility of it being Trans States for the fifth time in four years. I'm not heartless.

The conditions were so bad in Cleveland yesterday that I very seriously doubt anything other than a simple sim session will come from this incident. Everyone was having a tough time yesterday, this could've happened to any one of us, myself included.
