Very mooving incident. I wonder if they had problems steering? One way or the other, someone needs to grab the bull by the horns and start a safety culture there. It's udderly terrible.

I smashed a buck deer in a C-5 on a night touch and go. Not enough meat to make a venison slider--fire guys hosed it off.

A little more finesse on that touch and go and you could have been enjoying deer jerky and venison sausage.

Do they not teach pilots how to execute a missed approach at LionAir ?! Sounds like a destabilized approach depending on when the pilot "thought he saw dogs on the runway".

"Oh hey, just a few dogs, let's run them over." *** lionair ??
