Refresher on Runway Incursion Avoidance.

*** That video is outdated and potentially dangerous ***
In the past, clearance to a runway via taxiway authorized you to cross intersecting runways, as Martha says at 9:53. THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE.
FAR 2014 4-3-18 (a.5) states: "A clearance must be obtained prior to crossing ANY runway. ATC will issue an explicit clearance for all runway crossings." (emphasis mine.)
Thus, you are NOT entitled to cross intersecting runways on your taxi route unless told. I think it was changed around the "line up and wait" transition from "position and hold."
Otherwise the video is good.
(I'm prepping for commercial, yeah, studying the FAR a lot.)

But ATC will now issue, with the initial taxi instructions, either clearance across or instructions to hold short of the first intersecting RWY. If there are more than one runway along the route (not counting close parallels) you will get a separate clearance to cross each RWY, only after you have crossed the previous RWY.
You should not a clearance to taxi to RWY X with no mention of an intersecting RWY Y.
