Take a look in Stroudsburg area as well. Its about 70 miles East of EWR and hasn't recovered from the housing bubble. You can find very nice custom homes for less than $100/ sq foot. Its a straight shot down I 80 to EWR from there. PM me if you want more info on homes in Eastern PA.. we are closing on a house in Mt Bethel right now.

Lets just say..
You're sitting in a bar in Berlin (TXL) on a great 5 day trip, only to start getting texts and msgs that your car is running in the employee parking lot.

Can't be. I have my keys.
Long story short-
Yupe, she ran for @24 hours till she ran out of fuel. In the mean time, cops are calling the CPO, they are trying to figure out who owns it, etc.
(Thanks to CALForums, people knew it was my car and reached out to me!)

Came home to BMW Roadside services waiting for me with fuel and a jump!
Who knew (I didn't) that with Comfort Access, the car will run till she runs out of fuel if you [accidentally] leave her running!

At least I and a lot of people got a good laugh out of it. Still get asked on trips if I shut off my car!

Like is too short.. got to laugh about as much of it as you can!

Next year when I get my next new one (right around the time of a furlough letter?! lol), I'll have to remember to put the top down when I leave for a trip~
