An arbitrator ruled that it was perfectly okay for Midwest Airlines to outsource flying to RAH. As we all know, this turns career jobs into ones that aren't so desirable for a career (and in the right seat, not even feasible to really make a career out of).

Verbage such as "codeshare" was used but really it is outsourcing. I don't know what the scope in the Midwest pilot contract is like but this just confirms that the companies will try every possibly way to get around it.

I'm not sure the future of the entire operation there is very bright anyway but that is another topic.
