"Work"?. No...regardless of what his BLG might be from month to month....he does less "work" than any pilot not out on a medical! Besides, the insurance companies are relieved when he's not flying!

Don't know if you know someone at the company but your analysis looks spot on to me.

I wouldn't be surprised if the company took the average BLG before buy-ups and came up with a 58 hr offer as has been previously rumored.

If 58 is the answer it would be best if carry over came out of next months BLG. Whoops then there would be little need to drop BLG.
