Did you think they would swim out?

Gitmo isn’t a pet posting.

Nope. Apparently, Biscayne did.

Miami Air is a bottom feeder. I'm amazed something like this hasn't happened to them before. Their employees are the underpaid dregs of the industry. Their pay is so low, a 3rd year DL 757 F/O makes more than a 14 year Miami Air captain. Heck, a 2nd year UPS F/O makes more.

The great news is, no one was killed and only 23 were hurt (sorry about the pets). Sometimes the gods are with you.

I anxiously await the NTSB report. I wouldn't be a shock if this spells the end of LL.

Wasn’t Miami air formed by ex-Eastern scabs?

Seems you got all the answers awaiting to burst from your keyboard... why wait for the NTSB report?

What’s the point you’re trying to make?

That explains a lot. Almost 100% of the airline pilot scabs are the weak sisters of the business.

At my current flying job I've had occasion to fly with an EAL scab. I didn't know he was a scab until I'd flown with him several times, I only knew he was the weakest pilot I'd ever flown with. It wasn't until another pilot saw we were flying together told me of his lineage. I checked the scab list, and sure enough, there he was, EAL 89.

Flying with him is fatiguing because I have to watch him every second.

That scabs suck. On many levels.

Wow, genius. You figured it out. Some operators pay more than others.

What the hell justifies your arrogant nose-high view of the employees? Does it smack you in the gut that they don't make as much as you, or is there some other reason for your chutzpah?

A simple "glad no one was killed" will suffice, in light of the fact that the aircraft is just barely cool.

I will say this: it's attitudes like yours, and people like you, that truly make me sick. In fact, it's your special kind of lofty pride that led me to start posting in the first place, many years ago. I don't say that to a lot of folks, but your attitude leaves me wanting to vomit in our direction. You truly disgust me.
