With the new TA every captain will be clearing 200k. I’m happy with our work rules now but we all knew they were going to change. I honestly don’t think it’s doomsday with the proposed changes.

Read section 1 several times. This entire contract is useless. 1.B.3 and all of 1.E but specifically 1.E.4

Yes we knew work rule changes were coming but not like this. Yes we new the pay was low but we expected our current horrible scope to be locked down. This did make improvements in scope but not enough to risk it for another 8 years. I’d rather get back to the table on that topic right away. And that make section 25 more paletable and bring up pay while their at it.
