Ain't falling for that for a second. First of all domestic needs far more QOL inprovements than international, and regardless international trips would barely change (if at all) except under the most severe QOL gain scenarios.
No way they will abandon their marketshare/profit plan for international because domestic got partial relief that only undoes a fraction of the fairly recent QOL shredding, bonus monger optimizer campaign.
