No, Mesa Still does not want pilots to stay past 5 years. Not raising pay will ensure that. In the last investor phone conference call JO bragged to the investors about being a "LowCost" Regional. a "juniority" company, stating that more than 75% of the employees have less than five years seniority. Obviously he's Referencing the pilots since flight attendant payroll is nowhere near as high as the pilot payroll. Rather than raise the pay, they will continue to raise the sign on bonus to attract new hires. Didn't they just raise the sign on bonus again recently. The funny thing is, all regionals still want you to stay for around five years and move on, but most provide a pathway to you in order to Move on. Mesa, does not provide that. Oh yeah they have a CPP program which is a scam. They want you to find your own career, but yet be gone in 5 years.
