At least you're honest about your lack of character.

Pathetic? Yeah maybe. It makes me chuckle though.

I don't know what your background is? But if what you say is true, I'd be willing to bet there's more behind your success than working at GoJet? Either way there are a lot of good pilots that aren't getting the nod, and it's kinda a Richard move to be so disrespectfully boastful

Not nearly as disrespectful as the APC snowflake gallery has been to me or my former colleagues.

on the contrary sir. doesn't my honesty about being a jerk off show an exorbitant amount of character? I think so.

and anyway i know you're wrong. when i was in high school i won a contest for having the most character 3 years in a row. I used to lift with a backwards trucker hat on and a cut off tank top that showed my belly button. my shoes always matched my lifting gloves and if there were any girls in the gym on leg day i made sure to grunt loud enough to prove my masculinity. if those mannerisms and that style shows lack of character, then I, sir, don't want to have any.

we held this same contest in the gojet crew room in the spring of 2011 and not surprisingly I won again. It was a close contest between myself and a full time birthday clown. i was better at riding a unicycle, but he was much better a juggling bowling pins. the observing pilots and flight attendants clapped wildly during our demonstrations which led to the clown being slightly distracted. this break in concentration caused a bowling pin to hit him in the forehead and knocked him unconscious. this left me, the victor, rolling back and forth on my unicycle, proud as a new papa, for my 4th ever character victory in my short time on this planet.

Quote: How long before a street captain would get Chicago?
More important question would be.. how long till one can hold a CA line in ORD..

Probably 3 years Plus..

How so when upgrade times are 15months? After 15 months of being a street captain you start moving up.

ORD is probably a senior captain base.

ORD is our most senior base. For captains, average time to hold a line is 3 years during summer months and over 4 years during the winter months. Street captains are getting ORD pretty soon if IOE, just don't expect to hold a line for awhile there...

FOs are holding lines in ORD off IOE.

How about DEN?

For FOs looks like about 4-6 months just to hold Denver.
