Anyone has any more info on this company? Pay scale and working conditions and whatever else you can shed some light on? QOL seems to be decent I guess right?

Starting pay was salary $30,000/yr two years ago. Management, ops, etc were great people to work with. Growing pains were at times obvious. If the pay were better, and there were more benefits (health insurance, 401k etc) it would be a great job.

This is my first job outside of the traffic pattern and I'm enjoying every minute of it. I'm currently picking up 4 extra days a month and scheduled to make $44k(before taxes) my first year here. QOL is big a part of where I chose to work and at ImagineAir they keep me and my family sane. I'm in the NE so I can't speak for other service areas or other pilots for the company, but the territory that I'm in has been treating very well. Cheers!

I never was able to make $44k at a regional flying the EMB-145. Guys could if they picked up tons of OT but they had to do it all 12 months of the year. I wanted a life outside of work. I mention this cus it helps put this job into perspective. 4on 3off $44k and home every night. Pay and home every night is huge! Wow. Lots of
pilots looking to start at regionals might want to take a look at this place. Get rid of the shiny jet syndrome and look at your lifestyle.

I'm sorry, don't believe the $44k. I worked there, enjoyed it, but made no where near that kind of money.

$30k is the base salary. Expect that. You CANNOT "work whenever you want" on days off for extra cash. You can volunteer, and IF they need you then you might work extra.

There are ZERO benefits. No health insurance. No retirement. No dental.

They don't "pay for all your meals". They give you a company credit card and you can spent up to $25/day on food when you are working outside of your domicile. Often you will be scheduled for turns without time to buy food and will forfeit that $25. Also, $25/day for meals isn't anything to get excited about.

You will do all your training in Lawrenceville.... On your own dime. Expect to pay for 5 weeks of hotel out of pocket. And also have a car there to drive yourself to and from the office. Good luck with that.

It isn't all fantastic. I enjoyed working there, don't regret it, hope the best for the company. Management and "dispatch" are helpful and fair. I had called in fatigued and delayed flights, no questions. They show you respect. But it's still a place that pays minimum wage and gives you zero benefits to fly an advanced aircraft with passengers in IMC. Something to think about.

Never said it was a perfect place to work, but for the workload and schedule the price is right. Currently in the N.E. I'm the only pilot so I can literally pick up extra work whenever I want. I get emails almost everyday from Ops saying that customer booking is restricted because of pilot availability in both south and north regions. So there is plenty of extra $$$$$$$ to make.
It is true, you do pay for housing during training . I got finished in 30 days and spent $1000 in housing at a extended stay hotel. The good news is you are paid from day 1 during training so that does cover the housing and meals for the month. It did for me.
Also, base pay now varies. The longer you commit to the company the more you get paid. My current contract with the company does not put but my 44k out of reach at all...I wouldn't lie to you Mr.chip.

Are the pilots that do the 4on/3off as opposed to the flex schedule, not considered full time employees? I thought under the Afordable Care Act (obamacare) that all full time employees must be provided healthcare by the employer. What am I missing?
