Default Munoz Raises United Growth Capacity

Just read that Oscar Munoz completed a bottom-up review of the company and significantly raised United's growth guidance but is not buying any new aircraft. I am wondering if anyone can tell me what this really means? More Hiring? More training classes? More flying? More routes? Less reserve? More corporate risk?

Appreciate any interpretations and/or hard data.

Significantly? Capacity projections rose about 1% which can easily be realized thru improved utilization.
