Several new models coming with many ok frames that are money losers being used as trade ins. The total fleet will short term dip make room for the more efficient new frames. Exciting frames.

See, somebody from management can literally say that they want to shrink the fleet to 400 airframes, and you say "oh it's only temporary," who thinks like that?
I mean this with upmost sincerely, but at what point will you acknowledge what is said by your leaders, or even acknowledge reality?
That is absolutely not the context he gave, or what he meant. He literally said that they are having trouble managing 420 airframes and by their estimates, they can better manage and maintain 400 airframes. Also, he mentioned that attrition will cover the excess of pilots which means to me, that they don't plan on hiring that much his year, if at all.
Those are words put out by management from NetJets, I am not trash talking nor stating an opinion on the matter, so the cheerleaders can save their responses. If this thread is about information on NetJets, then this information should be considered by everyone.
