I have been saying this reality was going to pass for the last couple of years. A lot of people who disagreed and ridiculed are now becoming believers. Glad people are seeing realities that are about to be on us.
This kind of hiring has only been rivaled during the 1950s and 1960s, when people hired in started directly with the majors, sitting sideways.
