I don’t think there’s one pilot on this board who’s implying pilots should advocate for an increase in compensation in-lieu-of any other employee at FedEx.
As with any company, any individual (or collective group of employees) must directly or indirectly negotiate their wages
Of course, this applies to FedEx as well. They must compete to retain their employees
The ultimate equilibrium/division of profits between management, ALL employees and share holders is always a nuanced, multi-faceted discussion
Bottom line, we fully appreciate and value other employees, but have no say in their compensation.
