welp, to say the T/A is a bit of a disappointment would be an understatement but I'm still going to Vote YES.

I certainly won't begrudge anyone who Votes NO, I completely understand.

I just wonder what some of you guys were expecting? Did you not understand what kind of Management we work for? If it took 3 painful years to get this, what more do you really expect in 6, 12, 24 months time?

I'm really Ok if this thing fails, I dont have an issue going back to the table but to meet so many disgruntled guys who just got offered an $80,000 raise ANNUALLY (Minimum) while keeping 4 days off, Red/Green (for Line holders), somewhat improved Scope and a DC plan is a bit of a head scratcher.

I don't think there is a Current guy in the left seat who wont be well over $250k and $300k in a relatively short amount of time.

Also, I keep hearing people up in arms of re-Scheduling, if its within your footprint +4, does it really matter if where you end up for the overnight? They cant keep you at the airport for hours, lol. Also, I just dont see it being a normal occurrence.

Anyway, Vote Yes, Vote no, just go to The RoadShows and get clarity on all the issues

No worries, the rest of the educated pilots will vote no. Don't need to go to a road show, I can read.

Well said.

Is sitting around for another year at least for some (if any changes) worth it? Go to the road shows and ask lots of questions.

Don’t say that you voted yes in public, you might get shanked.

Grow some balls and vote no.

Lol, some valid points, I don't think you're alone Scooby. The NO vote is certainly cheaper for the company.

I will say this. After reading all of this, digging in the TA(have much to go)if I were named in the TRO and part of the MEC/NC, I'd personally be stepping down because the next IROP is going to be a blood bath. I don't think it will be a concerted action (hopefully we learned that doesn't work unless lawfully completed), but rather individuals putting up there own wall where a line use to exist. I'll be surprised if we don't end up in court again.

I really hope those that spoke out last time can restrain themselves from here on out so as not to be harmed.

This TA may actually serve as more of a movational tool than any lanyard ever will. It's time for this group to get off its butt and start really participating in union activities.

I used to be sure this thing would pass, now I'm kind of hoping it fails close to 90%. 100% would cement our position at the table, but we all have different needs and wants.

My personal beef is how far it lacks in ALL sections. I was expecting there to be a few sections where we get to win. Yes its a good pay raise, but giving up SO much in the scheduling department is ludicrous when paired with pay that is NOT even close to industry standard.

Anywho, see you at the road show. I suspect those will be a bit more exciting than the TA.

If it comes in at 51/49, 60/40 "no", then no, it will NOT be worth it . In fact its going to cost you and us, a bunch!

Those voting yes might really want to pay attention and poll as much as you can. If the majority of the sample is largely NO, we only get stronger if you join that vote.

If it fails 90/10, 80/20, we have a chance to give our negeotiators some strength and possibly achieve some decent improvement. At least historically that has what has happened. Will it happen here? Don't know.

Well said Putzin. I agree.

That also goes for the chest thumpers though too. Its always very hard to find a Yes Voter after these things pass by Majority.

It doesnt do anybody any good to yell they are No Voters if they privately vote yes.

I’m not saying thats you at all, just thinking out loud
