Come on an NK forum and put our pilot group down, what do you expect? Take a look in the mirror, Mr Consummate Professional.

So far we haven’t done d!ck to bring up the industry. Hopefully that changes soon or we burn the place down trying.

Congrats to you guys!

Quote: Your issues have now become the problem of the industry. Sellouts, yes. Weak? Yes. Bringing the industry down? Absolutely. That’s the problem is that you yes-voters feel like you’re in an isolated bubble, but bringing the entire industry down is inexcusable.
Spirit pilots wish the Frontier pilot group the best in their struggle to achieve a new CBA.

Your insulting remarks only show how ill-informed you are regarding our new agreement. It is not perfect, but is a huge step to achieve in one negotiating cycle.

Good luck to you

Quote: A sad day for the airline industry. Spirit pilots. From strikers to sellouts. Lost all my respect.
really should be concerned with your own company and not what Spirit pilots are doing..just some advice from someone who knows.

Spirit pilots..congrats on your new contract, i wish you could have gotten profit sharing and better work rules but this is in no way a bad contract at all. Your new pay rates are more than repectable and should be proud you will be compensated for your efforts.

Quote: The pay is brought up dramatically. That isn't bringing the industry down. It is raising the industry average pay which is a good thing.
well said this contract is a very good thing for the industry

Absolutely nothing. Yet. Hopefully we won’t sell out. Nothing flinging poo, just disappointed, as your ratification will directly affect my life, in spite of you guys thinking that it is “just your dumpster fire.” Good luck to you all, and congrats, I guess, on your stellar contract.

Quote: Funny how messed up someone’s brain must be to think that increasing my pay by 50%+ (among other increases) is bringing the industry down instead of up.

I guess simple math is hard for some people?
My pay did NOT up 50%, $50 for the top guys.
100% behind on profit sharing....

Don't worry about hit your head on the bar, we at Spirit trip over it. Another low tier move by low tier thinking.

Not your airline not your contact. Go get what you can. Just remember number 5 is Alaska. I would love to see what Frontier can accomplish. As of yet crickets. I would say SPA did what they could and by 70% it's good enough. I will enjoy what I can. You all can **** where you want. I choose to move on.

Quote: March 1st everyone, pay a little more attention.
So does that mean all flying starting at midnight tonight pays the new rates? March 1st is on the feb bid period also which would also mean that 1/30th of my feb guarantee should be the new rates. That is obviously not reflected in today’s 1/2 feb guarantee check so it should be a retro payment on the 15th correct. Also anyone flying above guarantee tomorrow would be compensated at new rates which would be reflected in their “over guarantee” for feb check on the 15th

Or do new rates start at the beginning of the March bid period 3/2
