Spirit pilots wish the Frontier pilot group the best in their struggle to achieve a new CBA.
Your insulting remarks only show how ill-informed you are regarding our new agreement. It is not perfect, but is a huge step to achieve in one negotiating cycle.
Good luck to you

TA Ratified.
Maybe you forgot we were SO BELOW average prior that the large percentage from this TA. offsets a net gain in industry average...
When you start from so low, any double digit percentage increase looks H U G E....

So does that mean all flying starting at midnight tonight pays the new rates? March 1st is on the feb bid period also which would also mean that 1/30th of my feb guarantee should be the new rates. That is obviously not reflected in today’s 1/2 feb guarantee check so it should be a retro payment on the 15th correct. Also anyone flying above guarantee tomorrow would be compensated at new rates which would be reflected in their “over guarantee” for feb check on the 15th
Or do new rates start at the beginning of the March bid period 3/2

We just got stuck with CURRENT JetBlue rates and lost all of our QOL.....
How do you all think these rates (3rd from the bottom of the majors) will measure up with the rest of the industry in 2025, after we haven’t gotten a raise in years because management is once again dragging their feet in another negotiation?
