I don’t think the CAl folks want to open that can of worms. If we agree to unwind the clock for those 117? who were wronged by what was agreed to under their old contract, we also have to adjust everyone else’s date to mimic sUAL. IOW. sCAL mainline and sUAL DOH for all travel. That’s how sUAL did it and you don’t hear people complaining that their UAX time isn’t counted like Express Jet is. Um, UAL pilots never received "retro" board dates because they were never changed by UAL in the first place. The merger has been complete for years. Everyone was merged based on their old sXXX contract in place at the time of merger announcement. We all agreed to our contracts at the time. MOVE ON! Geez. We are all United.
