How do you get noticed by the company?
Do single seat fighter types get considered?
Are they good with National Guard time off?
It's never too early to prepare as far as I'm concerned. Anyone willing to PM me the interview gouge would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
I'm a current heavy driver in the Guard and just recently interviewed. Our main topic of conversation in the interview was how much they valued my military flying and how much they support reservists. I anticipate no issues. However, I do understand that they prefer to move your days around your guard days to keep you at 16. Not always though.... Example: If you just do your drill and maybe a couple FTPs around your scheduled drill days (usually first weekend of the month) they will move your schedule right to accommodate for it. If you do more than 14 days mil they'll start subtracting days from your rotation. Originally Posted by steamer1970
