72 probationary pilots have quit in the first 5 months of the year. They definitely seem to get that message.

Company and IBT briefs are out. Company proposal is Kallita rate on the 74 and below K4 and all other US ACMIs on the 777 and 767. The rest of the open items are proposed at mostly current book. Mesa is mentioned 16 times in the company’s brief as a contract comparator. Mesa is apparently the bar they have set for our contract. Let that sink in.........

Yikes lol...

​​​​​​In their defense....Mesa survives...I flew for an outfit that paid above average and guess where they are.

​​That being said Im no fan of separating pay rates depending on the airplane.

We'll see how this profit sharing bit compensates...and if they're willing to make the difference with more QOL.

that’s not fair to compare rates with Mesa. They just started cargo
