I hear that a lot of the 2019 new hires will be going to this fleet.

Yep. There are a ton of people in the pipeline for both FO and CA upgrade on the 74 right now, so they tapered off hiring to that fleet while those people are pushed through. It’ll be a couple months before it opens back up.

I went from 74 FO to 76 CA and I'm loving it so far...don't let the light twin deter you from joining a great company.

Are you in Cvg quite a bit? I live there so trying to decide if it might be a good fit....

Things can change, but yes, we spend a lot of time in CVG.

Oh yeah? How many months have you been signed off and flying the line as a 767 CA? I’m just curious. I agree, K4 is a great company but the 74 operation and the 76 operation are night and day. A first 767 FO probably won’t be “loving it” when he compares his pay to a first year 747 FO.

True but things change. ETOPS will eventually come to the 767 and more varied flying with it. Also, the mass quantities of OT flying on the 747 has slowed considerably since NOV. As the backlog of pilots in training hit the line I believe we will be back to very little available 747 OT and the two fleets pay will begin to look fairly similar, at least for those with mid range seniority or lower.

Hey man!!!... why you gotta question Jhugz like that? He just wants to spread around a little company cheer. If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all. Jeezo

Have you flown each equipment type here? Because I have...

Yes you can make more money on the 74...but money isn't everything...

Even on the 74 you spend time in CVG.
