Example of what you could do, assuming a 30 day month:
Days 1-6 reserve
Day 7 off
Days 8-13 reserve
Day 14 off
Days 15-20 reserve
Days 21-29 off
Day 30 reserve (hopefully you’ll be on reserve days 1-5 of the following month so you don’t have to have a single day on reserve)
If you have over 80 hours of credit for March with your original line credit, you just get normal pay. Doesn’t that incentivize pilots to call in sick to drop below 80 hours and then pick up flying on their days off?

The 200% is paid for any open time picked up in addition to 80 hours "performing company business." Sick credit won't count for the 80 hours required to receive the 200%.
