Not ORD. At least when I left and from what I hear it's still the case. Senior pilots getting 12 days off, low block lines. Not really commutable. Pick up open time???

75 hours block in 11 days adds up to 6.8 hours per day. No way that is the case.

It’s certainly a positive for OO to replace older aircraft with significantly better ones. But it doesn’t move the seniority list one bit.
