And that's our fault or the company's fault for demanding "what are you going to give up for that?" as well as inserting their pet concessions along the way?
The concession stand is closed. Funny thing is, they can't afford to bribe us for scope and QOL concessions they've been trained to want since B-School. Its not like we're getting 30% raises every 3 years. That would put rates at 750/hr in 15 years...for a narrowbody FO.
And they won't even come remotely close to that anyway, even with deep QOL shredding, job killing concessions. WRT the augmentation issue, if its not TA'd then why? Its not like we're demanding every pilot be a captain. So clearly they want concessions over current book. That makes their position un-TA-able.
No deal is better than a bad deal.
