Trying to stay ahead of pilot shortage😂😂😂

I don’t know what to think of this CP Weekly message. I don’t know if I should of ****ed my pants of laughter or embarrassment of ONE new person class 🤦. Either way, poor freaking fella, 1 guy with 3 new FQS, holy cow, talk about a crappy situation. Poor guy is coming into this awesome pilot group BUT without knowing the whole story

Remember a few years ago when they needed 63 new pilots. 62 showed up then they ran a class of 1. 3 months later they needed contractual relief and hired 70 in one month, crazy

I hope the union, and in particular his(her?) mentor, stays in touch with him. I can see how his classmates might try to get him to cross the line.. :-/
